At hatha yoga, each lesson will be aimed at deepening meditative asanas:

  • body balancing;
  • liberation of the pelvis;
  • opening of the chest and shoulder;
  • working on apana vayu;
  • relieving tension from the back;
  • a balanced complex for preparing for a retreat.


Retreat is a solitude for the purpose of knowing yourself.
This course is suitable for beginner practitioners who are just planning to go on their first retreat, as well as for those who have already taken retreats.
Each lesson consists of a theoretical part, Hatha Yoga practice and meditation practice.
